CHAMPIONSHIPS
On Sunday, December 9, teachers and students from 16 Bikram studios in the Mid-Atlantic region competed in the annual Asana championship. Four yogis (two men and two women) were chosen from our region to compete nationally. THREE OF THE FOUR are from BIKRAM YOGA ANNAPOLIS AND SEVERNA PARK!!! Congratulations to Emily Vendemmia, Ann Marie Paul, and Zack Hines!!!

On Friday, February 12, Ann Marie Paul and Emily Vendemmia both placed in the top five
out of eighty women at the United States National Asana Championship. Congratulations to
Emily and Ann Marie, and congratulations to Zack Hines for a fine demonstration on the
men's side as well. A special congratulations to Ann Marie Paul for placing 6th in the 2010 International Asana Championship on February 14th. Click here to watch clips from the 2010 Asana Championship.
