Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. The postures, and the order of the postures in these classes never change, which allows students to progress quickly.
All our instructors have completed the rigorous 500 hour "Teacher Training" with Yoga Masters Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury and their staff of senior teachers. They are the most well-educated yoga teachers in Anne Arundel County leaving the "weekend seminar" folks to their local gyms.
The Bikram class systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended.
